Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Draft. These terms describe how the service works today. They must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before AadeeRMM is offered to paying customers.

1. Who we are

AadeeRMM ("the Service") is provided by Aadee Infosys Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Contact: aadeermm@aadeeinfosys.com.

2. The Service

AadeeRMM is a remote monitoring and management platform. It lets IT teams and managed service providers ("you", the subscriber) monitor Windows computers, install updates, run scripts, and give remote support (screen sharing and control, chat, voice calls, file transfer and a remote terminal) through a software agent installed on those computers.

3. Your account

4. Devices you manage and consent

You may install the agent, and connect to a computer, only when you are authorised to manage it — because you own it, or its owner (for example your customer or employer) has agreed. You must tell the people who use those computers that they are managed and supported remotely, as required by the law that applies to you and them. The Service shows a notice whenever someone is connected and asks the person at the computer for permission where you or the Service require it; you must not try to hide or get around these safeguards.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: access computers without authorisation; watch or record people without the notice and consent the law requires; distribute malware; break the law; attack, overload or probe the Service or other customers; or copy or resell the Service except as we agree in writing.

6. Trial, plans and payment

7. Your data

You own the data you and your devices put into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. For personal data about your users, you are the controller and we act as your processor; a data processing agreement is available on request.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, preferably at quiet times and with notice where practical. Support is provided by email.

9. Security

We protect the Service with encryption in transit (HTTPS), two-factor sign-in, role-based access, audit logging and code-signed software. You are responsible for the security of your own accounts, the computers you manage, and for reviewing what your technicians do.

10. Ending the Service

You may cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or do not pay. After your subscription ends you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days, after which we delete it, except for records we must keep by law.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell Owners about important changes at least 30 days before they apply.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be removed.
